At Flexi Mart, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if there is an issue with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered if the issue is caused by our mistake, including:

•  Wrong item sent

•  Damaged product

•  Item not received

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to offer any refunds.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping Fees

If the refund is due to our mistake (wrong item sent, damaged product, or item not received), we will also refund the original shipping fees.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

•  Used products

•  Requests made after the 7-day period

•  Missing proof of the issue
